Kasane Teto was created as an April Fools prank in the year of 2008. The prank in question made it seem like she would be Crypton's third Vocaloid. She is really a UTAUloid which now has a professional Synthesizer V AI voice bank. (Given in April 2023). The 0401 on her outfit represents the day she was born.
